STOCKLAND WETHERILL PARK

This retail town centre is a community hub for the Wetherill Park trade area, providing customers with the Kinchin Lane dining precinct. The centre also includes Coles, Woolworths, Big W, Target, 10 mini-majors, over 180 specialty stores and an entertainment and leisure precinct with a 12-screen HOYTS cinema and 24-hour gym. It also offers a full range of medical and dental services.

SOUTH VILLAGE, KIRRAWEE

WESTMEAD HOSPITAL CASB

The redevelopment of the precinct involved the construction of a new 14 level Central Acute Services Building (CASB) which will serve both adult and children patients. The CASB has 1.5 floors dedicated to the University of Sydney for education, training and research purposes.

QUAY QUARTER TOWER

Project value: $AUD2.7 billion
A 50-storey commercial building that will offer 90,000 square metres of premium-grade office space. QQT will form the centerpiece of the wider Quay Quarter Sydney precinct, which is set to revitalise Sydney’s Circular Quay. The tower will feature the latest in commercial office technology and is targeting 6-star Green Star and 5.5 Star NABERS ratings.

CROWN SYDNEY HOTEL RESORT

The Crown Sydney Hotel Resort is being built on a 0.62 hectare block as part of the 22 hectares of Barangaroo, Sydney’s newest CBD waterfront precinct. Parramatta Square is set to become a visionary, world-class landmark and destination in the heart of the Parramatta CBD. The precinct is linked by 6,000sqm of public domain that will serve as an important place to meet, trade, shop, dine, learn, celebrate and connect.

ONE DENISON STREET

1 Denison Street, North Sydney is a 37-level commercial office tower and will be the largest and tallest building within the North Sydney CBD, providing more than 60,000 square metres of premium office space with a two-level lifestyle precinct and basement parking for 225 cars.

Collins Square is one of Australia’s largest commercial mixed-use developments, seamlessly integrating commercial office space with retail space over a whole city block on Collins Street.

INFINITY BY CROWN GROUP

The 20-story building is designed with the idea of ‘cities within cities’, containing a total of 40.000 sqm of truly mixed-use functions, which include 325 apartments, 75 boutique hotel rooms, 30+ retail and F&B outlets, a 450-seat conference center, and a direct connection to the green square train station.

THE ARC BY CROWN GROUP

Two, 29-storey, luxurious high-rise residential and hotel towers stand at 88m tall, clad in soaring curtain walls of glass with brickwork and steel arched hoops inspired by the curving forms of the iconic Harbour Bridge and the Sydney Opera House.

THE LANGSTON, EPPING

The major residential mixed use development will feature three towers of 19, 24 and 29 stories, and will include 463 apartments, and a ground floor retail/mixed-use precinct comprising 1,681m2 of retail space and 1,921m2 of communal open space.

CROWN SYDNEY HOTEL RESORT

WARWICK FARM RELOCATION PROJECT

The new facility is adjacent to the Warwick Farm racecourse, in south-western Sydney, and will feature more than 800 horse stables re-using the hardwood from the Inglis Newmarket stables in Randwick. The hotel is expected to open by next March 2021 and will have 144 rooms, including 22 suites and numerous family rooms across eight floors.

161 SUSSEX STREET

Project value: $AUD200 million
The redevelopment included refurbishment of the existing hotel; the construction of a new 3,667 square metre convention centre; and a 25-level tower including 13 new hotel levels and 10 levels of A-grade high rise commercial office space. The additional 25-storey tower has added 222 new guest rooms to what was already Australia’s largest hotel, bringing the total number of rooms to 892.

WESTMEAD HOSPITAL

Project value: $AUD1 billion
Called the Central Acute Services Building (CASB), it will be purpose-built for services which manage severe injury or illness, urgent medical conditions, recovery from surgery and other critical and complex conditions. The Central Acute Services Building project also includes a new main entry and transit lounge for patients to wait in comfort when they are leaving hospital after treatment. The building has been designed to enable future expansion.

NEW MAITLAND HOSPITAL
Project type: Independent Commissioning Agent; Design, Construction, Commissioning
Project value: $AUD470 MILLION
The new Maitland Hospital will deliver a range of services and increased capability in the form of more beds and treatment spaces to better meet the changing healthcare needs of the community. The hospital will also provide emergency care, chemotherapy chairs, surgical services, critical care, maternity services, pediatric care, cardiac catherisation, inpatient beds, mental health, palliative care, outpatient clinics and dental. Car parking for patients, staff and visitors is also a key priority.

CONCORD HOSPITAL
Project type: Independent Commissioning Agent
Project value: $AUD218 million
The Stage 1 project will build on the hospital’s history and architectural significance to deliver a state-of-the-art clinical services building, increasing the hospital’s inpatient and outpatient capacity and deliver the Rusty Priest Centre for Rehabilitation and Aged Care. It will also deliver a comprehensive cancer centre and Australia’s first National Centre for Veterans’ Healthcare to support the health and well-being of veterans’ and their families.

ST GEORGE HOSPITAL
Project type: Asset management
Project value: $AUD227 million
The St George Hospital Stage 2 Redevelopment involved the construction of a new seven-level Acute Services Building on top of the existing operational 24-hour emergency department. It provides expanded acute services, including a 52-bed intensive care unit, new cardiac services, 8 digital and interventional operating theatres, sterilising services, a 128-bed inpatient facility, a rooftop helipad, as well as office support areas. The project also included extensive refurbishment works within the existing hospital, a new main entrance to the south of the hospital and expanded onsite car parking capacity.

CHARLES PERKINS CENTRE, USYD, FM ROLE
Project type: Management of all Services Sub-Contractors during the Design, Installation, Commissioning and Handover process
Project value: $AUD385 million
An Australian medical research institute, clinic and education hub that primarily focuses on diabetes, cardiovascular disease and obesity, as well as other related conditions located at the University of Sydney.

GOSFORD HOSPITAL CCLHC FM ROLE

WSCCC PENRITH – WESTERN SYDNEY COMMUNITY CONVENTION CENTRE

A multi-purpose conference centre will host major events, trade shows, exhibitions and seated functions for up to 1000 people. It includes the first serviced 4.5-star Hotel west of Parramatta and a 1200 square metre community centre.

WESTERN SYDNEY STADIUM

The Stadium is part of the NSW Government’s $1.6 billion Stadia Strategy to improve sporting infrastructure across the State. It will form the centrepiece for the transformation of Parramatta and enhance a sense of place in the revitalised Parramatta CBD within its historic parkland setting.

PANTHERS NRL ACADEMY, PENRITH NSW

A fulltime training and development facility for the Panthers senior and junior squads, along with housing Panthers rugby league administration. The Academy consists of two full-size all-weather training fields, two gymnasiums, hot and cold plunge pools, a 61-seat team auditorium, medical rooms and a number of recreational areas for players and staff.

BANKSTOWN HOSPITAL ED

The NSW Government is redeveloping the Bankstown-Lidcombe Hospital Emergency Department to meet the needs of the growing and diverse population of the Bankstown local community. The $25 million redevelopment will deliver contemporary facilities with improved patient care. The project will include a combination of new build and refurbishment of the existing emergency department.

BULLI AGE CARE HOSPITAL

The new facility has been designed and specifically tailored to meet the needs of the District’s growing ageing population and will continue to provide inpatient, outpatient and community health services, as well as operate the Urgent Care Centre for minor injuries and illness.

160 MLC RETAIL REDEVELOPMENT – GREENSTAR

Project value: $AUD170 million
Approximately 6,000 square metres of new and improved retail space across four levels and is supported by the existing office tower. The new investment follows the recent tower façade revitalisation project that ensured the building remains a landmark for decades to come.

77 MARKET STREET, SYDNEY – GREENSTAR

A 22-storey residential tower built over the existing 10-storey David Jones store on the corner of Castlereagh and Market Streets in central Sydney, containing 101 apartments. The 20th century department store, which is locally heritage listed, would be refurbished to contain a mix of retail and office spaces.
