ABOUT THE PROJECT

CSI Group provided commissioning management for Multiplex who have completed the $228 million redevelopment of the Stockland Wetherill Park Shopping Centre. Situated approximately 35 kilometres from the Sydney Central Business District and just 10 kilometres from the Parramatta City Centre, the redevelopment added a further 15,944 square metres of Gross Lettable Area (GLA) to the existing complex. This brought the total to 70,000 square metres of premium retail space with an additional 704-space car park.

Stockland Wetherill Park has been developed to achieve a 5 Star Green Star Certified Design and As Built Rating through the inclusion of ESD features such as high efficiency air conditioning systems, low usage water equipment and fixtures and solar cells to generate electricity.
