Services Coordinator

Job Purpose

To coordinate the safe installation of the Building Services in accordance with the key schedule milestone dates. While providing the site team with technical advice, the Services Coordinators will be responsible to communicate the direction of the Services Manager to the services subcontractors. Always acting with integrity, the Services Coordinators will identify, coordinate and provide advice on all issues arising for the installation of the Building Services on site.

Services Engineer

Job Purpose

To assume responsibility for the delivery of any Building Services requirement on a project, which could include involvement from concept design stage through to asset management. A Services Engineer has a level of expertise in all Building Services disciplines on a technical and practical level and will provide sound advice to internal team members and to people on projects in these areas. A Services Engineer will be able to contribute substantially to Services Design, Commissioning Management & ICA roles on projects if needed.
